Founded by Ifeanyi Okeke, Executive Vice Chairman/CEO. CELDON has established itself as one of the greatest and prestigious providers of construction focused services and building in Nigeria.
In 2010, CELDON leveraged on the technical knowledge and industry experience of her then company (COPS Limited), associate companies and partnerships having partnered together to execute several construction projects. COPS owned 20% of CELDON until August 2017 and had partnered together on projects – completed and ongoing.
Our construction Services with COPS was a multi-task service specialized in the following core areas: buildings, hospitals, markets, roads, bridges etc from 2012 to 2015 of over N25 billion. CELDON engineers were part of the project team.

Chairman, CELDON Limited
He is the DMD/Director of Hajaig Construction (Nig) Ltd. (Major Technical Partners of Celdon. Hajaig has completed/ongoing projects across the various Sates of Nigeria (Benue, Jigawa, Sokoto, Enugu, Gombe, Katsina, Kano, Yobe, Nasarawa and Maiduguri).
He holds B.Eng Civil and M.Sc in Construction Management and has over 30 years experience on huge projects and infrastructure development.
MR. IFEANYI OKEKE
EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN/CEO
A graduate of UNN (B.SC Economics, Second Class Upper Division) and MBA from Bayero University , Kano .
Ifeanyi was a top rated bank executive in Zenith bank as an Assistant Vice President (AGM) and Vice President (DGM) in Oceanic bank (now Ecobank) and Access Bank Plc where he left in 2011 to co-found CELDON Limited (now the flagship and holding company of CELDON GROUP) to pursue his entrepreneurial interest.
CARLOS GARCIA MARTINEZ
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Carlos hold Engineering degree from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICAI, Madrid.
He has over 17 years of quality experience in luxury estate construction in Spain and major road and infrastructure development in Spain with Enypesa . Before then he acquired a lot of experience working as a machinery engineer supervising major quarry sites and waste management equipment.
PABLO ARANA BERGALECHE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (PROJECTS)
Pablo is an award winning Architect and Quantity Surveyor with a second degree in Construction Management. He has been involved in many signature and land mark projects a cross Spain , Argentina and Brazil at various times.
Senior Consultant of AD Architect Associates. He brings invaluable wealth of experience to our team.
TONI KHOURI
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Toni is a shareholder and Director of Celdon Limited. He is the Group Chief Executive Officer/CEO of Philko Limited (a medium-sized Engineering and Construction Company) based in Kano.
He brings on board over 20 years of construction experience and contacts garnered executing projects in States of Kano, Jigawa, Bauchi, Sokoto, and Ondo.
NGOZI C. OKEKE
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ngozi is a co-founder of Celdon Limited. A marketing graudate (1998) and holder of post graduate degree of Masters of Business Administration (MBA
2006) from Bayero University, Kano.
Prior to Celdon, her working career spanned over a period of 12 years in Insurance, Mortgage banking and
Commercial banking.
CHUKS PHILLIP ONWUGBUONU
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Chuks is a Nigerian-Spanish Citizen who lived in Spain for over 25 years with over two decades corporate work experience which he now brings back to Nigeria. He is the original owner of Multi Clear Cosmetics Worldwide.
He holds B.A (Hons) in Business Studies . His passion includes Business
development, Marketing and Consulting. He also facilitates business relationships and engagements between Nigeria and
Spain.
UGOCHUKWU OKANY
GROUP DIRECTOR (ADMIN/LEGAL)
Ugo is a lawyer and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Before he joined CELDON Group, he has been involved extensively in International commercial practice and p a r t i c i p a t e d i n m a n y international arbitration matters.
ENGR. UKAONU NWOKORO
GM/SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
Ukano is a COREN Registered Engineer (2009) and member Nigerian Society of Engineers.
He holds double degrees, HND Architecture (Upper Credit,
1996) of Federal Polytechnic, Afikpo and B.Eng (Civil, Second Class Upper Division,
2000) of Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He has over 18 years of sound industry experience before he
joined Celdon in 2014.
ARC OBI EZEONWUKA
DGM/SENIOR ARCHITECT
Obi is 2002 graduate of A r c h i t e c t u r e o f F e d e r a l Polytechnic, Oko. He also holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management.
He joined Celdon in November
2015 with well over 12 years of construction and building experience.
